I’m an artist/maker. Can I display my work in Remain In Light?
We would love to hear from you. Please contact us for a chat about what you are doing with your creativity, and how much space you would need in here.
An anatype.ink creation I want is out of stock. Can you print to order?
Yes of course. Either fill in the out of stock notification and we’ll be in touch, or contact us by email. Anatype also has a brilliant website with full print to order and global shipping options. Visit: anatype.ink
Does Heather Hartley take bespoke commissions?
Yes she does. To contact Heather directly about tailoring you a unique garment please email: heatherssewingalterations@gmail.com
Can I buy lampshades online?
Not just yet. Almost everything art.illuminated produces is either a unique piece or limited edition only produced in small batches, or bespoke commission based. Photography and seo work are time consuming and currently wouldn’t be the best use of time with our off the shelf stock moving quickly.
We do plan to make a small batch of unique pieces available online later this year and recommend joining our mailing list.
Can I commission a lamp or shade from art.illuminated’s textile archive?
In many cases yes, much depends on the rarity and quantity in hand of the piece you’re drawn to. With historical textile availability there are occasions where this isn’t always possible, however please email your enquiry and we’ll see how we can help.
art.illuminated makes a number of pieces to bespoke commission order, and the archive images are not an exhaustive list of the textiles available to work with. You are always welcome to contact to discuss your commission needs.
Are archive textiles available for sale or loan?
Sales: If the piece is for use in a publicly accessible space yes.
Loan: Yes, again for publicly accessible exhibitions, or film and theatre.
Please contact with any enquiries.
Does art.illuminated accept commercial enquiries?
Yes. Previous projects have included consultation and delivery to airport lounges, hospitality venues, and film sets, plus build collaborations with artists for their public space projects including exhibitions for Manchester Libraries, and Manchester Histories Festival.
